Timer calls the TFPCustomTimer timer event. Descendents of TFPTimerDriver should call Timer whenever a timer tick occurs.

TFPTimer.OnTimer		Event called on each timer tick.
TFPTimerDriver.StartTimer		Start the timer
TFPTimerDriver.StopTimer		Stop the timer
