TCollectionItemClass is used by the TCollection.ItemClass property of TCollection to identify the descendant class of TCollectionItem which should be created and managed.

TCollectionItem		Basic object that is managed by a TCollection class.
TCollection.ItemClass		Class pointer for each item in the collection.
